Viewst provides users the option to upload mp4 video files.  Our V2 user interface will be available in Q2 of 2025.

In the meantime, users can can upload their mp4 files to Viewst using the following instructions:

  1. Email us your mp4 video files via a zip file to hello@viewst.com, requesting to upload this file to your Viewst account.

  2. Please use this Subject Header format: mp4 files - [name of your organization]

  3. Please use this body section format: Name of the account user / Email address of account user

  4. Check your brand book in 24 hours as Viewst will convert your mp4 video files to GIF format.

  5. You can then use your GIF formatted files to design in Viewst and export them as HTML5 files for your campaign
