Scratch game improvements

Improvements

• HTML blocks and active zone settings are now hidden on the resource panel;

• Scratch-zone settings are now hidden on the resource panel;

• Scratch-zone is now editable. Set brush, color and pain opacity;

• Fixed the bug that caused brush stroke interruption when moving too fast across the screen;

• Fixed the bug that caused unstoppable drawing mode, while leaving the scratch-zone.
